Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

All of our orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

In-stock orders placed before 9am Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 2 business days. Please allow an extra business day for orders placed on national/public holidays and during major sale events.

Can I track my package? How can I obtain the tracking information?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to the email provided. You can also track your orders by logging in to your DecoHaus account and heading over to the ‘My Orders’ page.

During busy periods, our couriers may experience slight delays in transit from time to time. Please contact the courier for delivery network updates.

When can I expect my parcel?

Domestic shipping (Australia)

  • Standard: 3 - 7 business days

  • Express: 1 - 3 business days

International shipping*

  • Standard: 4 - 8 business days

  • Express: 2 - 5 business days

*Business days from dispatch date - excludes customs processing times. We currently do not ship to: Worldwide Military/APO addresses.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated delivery times, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order within the time as we use an external courier. For more accurate shipping time estimates, please visit the Australia Post Delivery Calculator.

Orders shipped internationally with Australia Post, will be handed over to your local postal service. For more accurate updates, be sure to check your tracking number with your local postal service.

Help! My parcel is missing!

Please ensure a safe delivery location for your order. DecoHaus is not responsible for missing or stolen parcels. In the event your parcel is missing upon delivery, please contact the courier for proof of delivery. If proof of delivery is provided and you are still unable to locate your parcel, please email decohaussunco@gmail.com for further assistance.

My parcel has arrived damaged!

If your parcel has arrived damaged, please take a photo of the damage and packaging immediately and send this through to us at decohaussunco@gmail.com. You must take care when opening your package so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. DecoHaus is not responsible for damage caused by this.
