Returns Policy

Need to return an item? Follow the steps below:

  1. Please make sure you fit the following criteria.

  • Make sure your order is within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Item/s must be sealed and in their original packaging.

  • We cannot accept refunds for sale items, items that have been modified, installed or are missing components.

  1. Fill out a returns form located at the bottom of this page.

  2. Package your items carefully. Our items are fragile so ensure they are packaged nice and snug with packaging filler or similar as if they arrive damaged we are unable to refund it. Ensure your order number and name is included in your return.

  3. Track your package. Make sure that you keep your shipping number and track your package carefully as we are unable to process returns on lost packages.

What happens next?

Once your item has been returned to us, you will receive an email confirming whether we have accepted your return. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. We will refund the amount to your original payment method less the shipping fees. Please note that all refunds will incur a 5% administration fee on the total order.

Faulty Items

If you believe that you have received a faulty item, we want to hear about it! Please take photos/videos of the fault and send it to us at: decohaussunco@gmail.com. Please note that if your item was broken during installation or unpackaging we are unable to replace it.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds or returns to clearance/sale or made to order items.
